\n\t\tHoi An society’s premises\u00a0 Foreign Language Center is one of the leading units in\u00a0 intensive training of English – Korean – Chinese – Japanese communication skills in Quang Nam province, including Hoi An City, Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh and Dien Ban districts. Grasping people\u2019s\u00a0 need to use English – Korean – Chinese – Japanese to communicate in different fields, especially the need in the tourism – service industry is growing, Hoi An society’s premises\u00a0 Foreign Language Center always dignifies the principle of quality first,with the group of professional and experienced teachers, innovative teaching methods and textbooks of international standards, we currently provide communication skills courses for various types of learner, from students, university students, to employees. In addition, after completing the courses at the Center, students will also be supported with Job recommendation.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\tHoi An society’s premises\u00a0 Foreign Language Center applies modern curriculum and teaching methods, which is the \u201cworkshop\u201d method, aimed at inspiring learners’ learning interest, promoting activeness, positive, creativeness of students by letting them collect knowledge and information,making\u00a0 presentations, and practicing\u00a0 critical thinking ability. In addition, this class is not only a place to comprehend knowledge but also a place to create a variety of activities and content, including: roleplays, gameshow, TV shows, speech delivery, discussions, debates, events, etc.. for students to develop their thinking and soft skills. Therefore, it is necessary for the lecturer to meet the requirement of some qualities and criteria in teaching as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\tAlways be a cheerful, lively lecturer, always create a lively atmosphere during the teaching-learning session.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tTaking learners as the center of class, caring for all students.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tUnderstanding the high school student\u2019s mind: learning at school is very tiring, now they need some comfortable moments to express themselves.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tFocusing primarily on practical communication, not too focused on grammar; aiming to develop students’ reflective skills.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\t+ Official Salary: VND 12,000,000 + revenue<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\t– For Part-time\u00a0 Lecturers : 3 hours \/ day, 6 days \/ week<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\tAfter 01 month of probation, lecturers will sign an official contract with our Center, including full health insurance and social insurance.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tOur Center has bonuses based on lecturer\u2019s performance, revenue, profit and long-term cooperation.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tIn addition, lecturers will also be regularly consulted, trained and instructed on teaching skills\u00a0 by the experts who has many years of experience in the field of \u201cworkshop\u201d teaching as well as participating in seminars, workshops to increase the chances of improving and learning from each other.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\tCurrently, the Center has signed a joint contract to provide communication courses on English – Korean – Chinese – Japanese at 30 primary and high schools in Quang Nam province and is expected to widen the scale up to\u00a0 100 schools by the end of 2019. Therefore, the Center expects to recruit high-quality human resources from the University of Foreign Languages Studies, the University of Da Nang\u00a0 and English Faculty, Chinese Faculty, Japanese Falcuty, ensuring sufficient staffs for the need of the Center.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tQuantity demand of teacher:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\t\u00a0<\/div>\n
\n\t\tThe number of teachers required to teach at elementary, middle and high schools in Hoi An, Dien Ban, Duy Xuyen and Thang Binh are as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tHoi An: 2 teachers<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tDien Ban: 4 teachers<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tDuy Xuyen: 4 teachers<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\tThang Binh: 4 teachers<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
