MARCH 3^RD, 2017

Over a week has passed since the event on March 8^th, 2017. There have been photos from the event uploaded here and there on Facebook. Today our Department has quite a complete set of photos to send to our dear teachers and to recall a bit of the lively and fresh atmosphere of this event.

Huge thanks to the teachers for participating in the event on March 8^th, 2017 – the festival of Beauty and Values as explained by Mr. Tran Huu Thuan and his flower arrangement presentation with his teammate – Mr. Tran Huy Khanh. The two teachers had demonstrated their teamwork skills in their presentation with the theme of “Golden Rose – Beauty and Gerbera – Values”. Mr. Tran Huu Thuan’s interpretation was considered the most affectionate and meaningful in the flower arrangement competition.

Thanks to the talented teachers of our Department for the meaningful mom’s meal with the theme of “Home is Love” including mouth-watering dishes such as gỏi (the indigenous salad of Vietnamese cuisine), fried rice, salted fish, Mai An Tiem dessert, orange gelatin, etc.

Thanks to the teachers’ beautiful hands for skillfully holding water and their weird running forms when they attempted to reach the finish line and pour water into bottles (sometimes with a little … trick).

Thanks to the cement schoolyard in front of the library hall for holding the teachers’ buttocks when they tried to pop balloons by pressing them from two sides using their backs and unique dance moves that have never been seen before from the teachers of the English Department.

Thanks to the teachers and Union of English Department for their dedication, thoughtfulness and conscientiousness as always.

Unfortunately, with the participation of only 1-2 young teachers, our Department lacks a bit of the colors of youth to finish the painting of the festival.

Hopefully, our painting will be finished in the upcoming festivals, and in the next few years, when some of our teachers won’t be able to participate anymore, mom’s meals, bottles filled with water and funny dance moves will be brought to the festivals by the generation of young teachers.
