Dear all the students going to Taiwan for the upcoming graduate internship,
 
To prepare for an efficient and smooth internship in Taiwan, please follow these instructions below:
 
1. Please click the link below and fill in the columns with all the information needed as soon as possible so that the English Faculty can update data on time.
 
 
2. After that, please go to our website to download the registration form of foreign internship, print and fill in all information, the form must contain the signature of the you, your parent and your academic counselor.

You also need:
 
3.  Two copies of your notarized identity card.
4. Two copies of your passport.
5. Your two photos in 3×4 size and two in 4×6 size with your full name, date of birth on the back.
6. The meeting will be hold at Room HA301 ( 131 Luong Nhu Hoc St.) at 3:00 p.m on Friday March 6th. Please bring with you all the papers mentioned in section (2), (3), (4) above.
