 ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES TO ENGLISH LANGUAGE MAJOR – ENGLISH DEPARTMENT IN 2017 UNIVERSITY ADMISSION

 

I. Admission confirmation:

 

Time:

 

From 7:30 a.m on 05/08/2019 to 5:00 p.m on 07/08/2019 (7:30 to 11:30 a.m in the morning, 1:30 to 5:00 p.m in the afternoon)

Place:

Da Nang University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang. Address: 131 Luong Nhu Hoc St., Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le Dist., Da Nang City.

Method:

Submitting the  original of the 2017  National High school Examination Result Certificate ( granded by the Department of Education and Training in city/province where you attended the National High School Examnination).

In case student is unable to  directly come to complete the admission procedures, please send the original of the 2017  National High school Examination Result Certificate to our University by post before 5:00 p.m on 07/08/2017( according to post mark).

In the exterior of envelope, students should write:

+ Name of recipient: Da Nang University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang.

+ Address: 131 Luong Nhu Hoc St., Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le Dist., Da Nang City.

+ Note: K2017 admission confirmation.

Notice: Students can also officially enroll in university at this time if they are prepared with all needed papers and documents, and available of tuition fees and other fees ( see more specific enrollment guilines at section II. OFFICIAL ADMISSION).

 

II. OFFICIAL ADMISSION:

 

Submit application and educational fees

Time: From 7:30 a.m 08/08/2017 to 5:00 p.m 11/08/2017.

Địa điểm: : Da Nang University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang. Address: 131 Luong Nhu Hoc St., Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le Dist., Da Nang City.

 

Specifically:

 

– 08/8/2017: English Language Major

– 09/8/2017: High quality English Language Major

– 11/8/2017: Students who have not enroll in university the days before.

 

Educational fees:

 

I. Tuition fees in 1st semester of 2017-2018 ( free for pedagogy major student):

 

– Normal program: 214.000VND/credit

– High quality program: 9.250.000VND/semester

 

2. Other fees:

 

– year beginning health check : 77.000VND

– Personal insurance (optional):80.000VND

– Health insurance: 491.400VND

Notice: Students submit the Certificate of Health granted by local Department of Health. (If there is) if they had health screening there, and a notarized copy of Health Insurance Certificate ( bring the original for comparing) if they already have, the Certificate must be available at least until 31/12/2017.

When submitting the enrollment, student should include:

 

1. Certificate of Admission (Original)

2. Two originals of Student Curriculum vitae ( download sample here : https://goo.gl/QtDQ1p )

3. Temporary Certificate of High School Graduation ( original) or High School Diploma or Continuation School Certificate (notarized copy)

4. High School Report (notarized copy)

5. A copy of Birht Certificate

6. Military service postponement certificate.

7. Identification Card (notarized copy)

8. Priority certificates (notarized copy-if there is)

9. Four 3×4 sized photos of yours.

 

Note: Student bring High school Diploma and High School Report ( Original) for comparison.
